Why can't I upload my own image?
We do not offer this feature as it goes against our Terms of Service.
Why are my images not generating?
Firstly, try reset your session by pressing the refresh icon above the prompt box. If that doesn't work, Contact us with details of the issue, including screenshots, settings used, and console logs for troubleshooting.
Why am I receiving a ban message?
Our safety measures might occasionally flag content. Try altering your prompt or image for different results.
My images aren't as expected. What can I do?
If your images are glitchy, reset your session by pressing the refresh icon above the prompt box. Avoid long prompts or overuse of parentheses. For more prompting tips, join our Discord Community .
Having issues with Gems/Upgrades?
For G2A purchases, redeem your coupon in Settings. For mobile, try use "Restore Purchases" in the Upgrade screen. Otherwise, please wait a few minutes and refresh the page.
